Photo shows a gray case with hinged left and right with three socket wrenches and three hand pliers -- that is the 148 piece set - it even says so on the case in the photo when you enlarge it.BE CAREFUL -you don't get the photo - description is wrong too.
These tool sets with case are GREAT - just make sure you are getting the set you really want.Been using a similar set for years and have not lost anything!
