This item does what an 18v cordless drill is supposed to do.Nice feel. Chuck seems to be well constructed.NOT variable speed. Power is adequate (I used it to run 2" decking screws into treated lumber and it was lugging down a bit, but drove them in as demanded).Typical of Great Neck tools, this one seems well built and designed and comes at a very reasonable price.Certainly adequate for the home mechanic/repairman.My only beef is that, currently, it seems to be impossible to locate a replacement/backup battery pack.On the other hand, most 18v battery packs cost at least as much as this whole drill kit, so I suppose one could just buy a whole extra kit (not a bad idea).I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Great Oil filter wrench, ordered this wrench for removing my Coolent filter on my Motorhome, it works great.
Coupler sets don't seem like a big deal but this one makes it WAY easier attach and detach tools. No more pinched skin or air shooting out. It's a little expensive, but well worth it. And you'll only need to buy one set!
Out of all 5 tools, the plastic pry tool for removing dash panels is probably the only use I can get use out of.All the ones used to remove interior clips are worthless.They bend when you apply any force to remove the clips & the clips don't come out.I need to buy a metal pry tool instead.I'm glad it was only $10 I wasted and it's not worth the cost or trouble of returning.

I was very pleased with the arrival of this new tool. Mainly because I could not find such a thing at a nearby "Brick & Mortar" store. Also, I like the fact that I have a choice between the sockets or the slim wrench depending on the shape of the antenna I need to loosen or tighten.
